BAD DOG!!!

 I was a bad girl last night. Mom and dad went to the grocery store.  Before they left, dad "Daisy - proofed " the house.  He separated me and the cats, he hid the remote and mom's water bottle, and he covered the leather the sofa so I wouldn't scratch it up.

They forgot something though.  A few bottles of moms vitamins the left on the island. As soon as I saw the car pulled away, I got up on my hind legs, front paws on the island, to see what they left me. Usually, it's nothing, so I wait patiently until they get home.

I got one bottle down, but couldn't get it open.  Stupid security seals. I left that bottle on the floor and went for another.  I chewed the top off. These were called CoQ10.  They must be good.  Mom eats one every day.   Pretty purple capsules fell out. I tried one, not bad. I ate the entire bottle.  90 pills .

 When dad came home and saw what I had done, he was furious. I've never been scolded like that before.  He scared me. I was kind of left to myself. I don't like mom and dad being mad at me.  While I was laying peacefully on the living room floor, my tummy gurgled. I threw up right there on the area rug. I went to dad, who was sitting at his desk, he started petting me. I think he was trying to make up with me. I threw up again.  This time on the chair floor pad and on the chairs wheels.  Dad calmly got up, went to the kitchen for paper towels, and cleaned up my mess. Mom was comforting me during cleanup. I really didn't feel very well.

 Dad checked the Internet to see if the CoQ10 was toxic.  Apparently not.  But too much can cause vomiting and/or diarrhea. 

 I am always ashamed of myself after I do something bad, but my tummy hurt,and that was punishment enough.

 Maybe I'll become famous if dad puts me on the web as one of the bad does with a sign that reads,
"I ate all of moms CoQ10.  I'm a bad dog."
